1. Introduction

Welcome to the The Coterie Group. These Terms and Conditions govern your use

of our website and the purchase of any clothing or accessories from us. By using

this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility
​

By purchasing from this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are

accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Pricing and Payments
​

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Botswana Pula (BWP).

  • VAT: In accordance with Botswana law, all advertised prices are VAT-inclusive (currently 14%) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit and Debit Cards.

  • Order Confirmation: Your order is only confirmed once full payment has

  • been received and cleared.

4. Delivery and Shipping
​

  • Areas: We deliver across Botswana.

  • Timelines: Estimated delivery times are 5-7 days across Botswana and 8-15 days to regional areas.

  • Risk: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the address provided.

Refund and Return Policy

 

We want you to love your fit! However, if something isn't right, here is how we handle it:

1. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a collection and offer a repair, replacement or a full refund,  at no extra cost to you.

 

2. Exchanges

  • You may exchange goods.

  • You may exchange unworn and unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of receipt.

  • Kindly provide proof of payment and a receipt. 

  • One exchange is allowed per order, subject to stock availability.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear unless they are defective.​

​3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • Note: Shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Accuracy of Information

  • We strive to display the colors and textures of our clothing as accurately as possible.

  • However, due to different monitor displays, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be 100% accurate.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Botswana, The Coterie Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Botswana.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Botswana courts.
