We deliver across Botswana and worldwide to most countries. Shipping availability and options for your specific location will be automatically confirmed at checkout.

2. How long does delivery take?​

​​​

• Botswana (standard): 5–7 business days.

• SADC (express): 8-15 business days.

• International (express): 8-15 business days.

  ​

  Note: Customs processing or unexpected courier delays may extend delivery times.

      International Recipients are responsible for import VAT & Customs.

4. How can I track my order?

​​​​

​​​​​Input your tracking number to the delivery company of your region. Botswana, South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe orders are shipped via Sprint Couriers. All other international orders are shipped via DHL.​​

5.  When do you contact me? 

​

You'll receive an email every step of the way: 

• Once the order is confirmed and paid for. 

• Once the package has been dispatched to the courier together with a tracking number. 

• The courier will call on the day of the delivery.
